i can never get tired of listening to this song. now rappers are having all of these hit songs and i can remember when r&b hits were coming out left and right lol. these were the good days and i tilt my hat to these brothers. beautiful song. and whatever happened to those malcolm x hats? lol

Shit, man! I have to admit, I was just a BABY when songs like these came out, you know? But still, It makes me wish I was old enough back then to understand this kind of music. The idea of men of color in groups creating that unique, soulful sound with instruments...and ALL of them still able to catch a tune? That's what I'm talking about, THAT RIGHT THERE! I love it! |
