actually the guy is telling the story of his girlfriend who left him when he was poor. Then he became rich thanks to music and the girl try to come back to him. But the chorus is "premier gaou n'est pas gaou, c'est deuxieme gaou qui est niata" Which means "you can fool me once but not twice"
