Uh no, you cant sue..... Read your contract of carriage.. I work for this company. This is an isolated incident. YOu may want to sue the FAA for the safety rules that are place to protect life.

Interesting. By the way, I would like to point out the part where you said the new pilot was coming from Newark, whereas hours before, they said he was at the terminal. They had actually said the CAPTAIN was in the terminal. Nothing about the first officer. Just thought I'd like to point that out.
