It's a clip from when Rupert participated in the Bogies Contest on a show called Dic and Dom At Da Bungalow (I think that's what the show is called) to raise money for charity. This clip is from Round 1. He and Dominic Wood were walking around The London Portrait Gallery yelling "Bogies!" at random times. It's actually really funny to watch. Just Youtube it and watch both rounds Rupert was in. lol!
