Looks the same to me, sitting away from you, perhaps resents you, that's how I felt about my parents most of the time, trying to force me to adhere to moronic lifestyle inclusions. As long as you love and respect him for him, not just a condition, a label to exceed, as this would not be indusive to self-esteem. best of luck to you all.

You are lucky your son wasn't one of those who died while experimenting with "treatment" promoted by an anti-science ex-pornstar.

So you think autism is something that's just on the surface of the persons mind? That if the person is forced to act another person 24/7, then he is not autistic anymore?I'm autistic, and if you only knew how ignorant that notion is...... sigh. And you actually attribute your son's progress to 'treatment', as if his personal progress was some sort of recovery from sickness, how fun that must feel to him.

That's wonderful! Autism is in my family as well, and I wish you, and your son the best. Never give up.

God bless you and your family. Your story could have been mine. I am so glad to see the strides Christian has made. My son, Ben, has made great strides as well since we started therapy at 18 months old. He is in first grade in a "regular class" this year and is making some friends. There is always hope. |
