Which "intelligence sources" r u talking about, Mr. Congressman? FSB? Gazprom? Putin's colleagues? Ugo Chavez? Daniel Ortega? R u on their payroll? Hourly wages or bonuses? This scumbag is opposing Georgia and Ukraine in joining NATO since the very beginning. Now he's claiming that it was Georgia who started the war. He refers to the "intelligence sources" and insists that the aggressor is Georgia, not the Russian occupants.

but I agree...the things Rohrabacher is reciting - which are torture methods being used: panties on the head?! They're pretty pathetic - no wonder we can't find Obama, we can't even interrogate properly.
