This is good information.Barrow County Georgia is also corruptIt is located just outside of Atlanta, GAThey have some of the dumbest people who run that county and often make mistakes time and time again. Just like in your case.

November 9, 2007 the Motion to Reconsider the judges ruling was denied. The original ruling stands: Pinkerton is free due to prosecutorial misconduct!

October 15, 2007, Kauai Prosecutor Christopher Bridges joined Marc E. Guyot and Richard Minatoya in this wrongful campaign of malicious prosecution by filing a Motion To Reconsider Defendants Motion To Dismiss.NOTE: This case has never been handled with DUE PROCESS nor have any of the Kauai Police Officers answered for their crimes against me.

UPDATE: As of October 09, 2007, 2 separate Pinkerton court cases have been "dismissed with prejudice" due to Prosecutorial Misconduct; Kauai Prosecutor caused an excessive delay, violating my 6th Amendment Right to a Speedy Trial by interfering with a court order. A 42 U.S.C. section 1983 civil rights action is being brought against the County of Kauai.STAND YOUR GROUND AGAINST POLICE AND PROSECUTORIAL CORRUPTION!
