In the past, Rowan Atkinson himself has described Mr. Bean's persona as being that of a nine-year-old boy. I think that fits him perfectly. He isn't really stupid or mean-spirited, but he's just a boy in an adult's body. Watching him from that point of view definitely gives it a new perspective.Thanks for the upload!
