In case you don't know what context means. "No one should be proud of killing" refers to a comment about a user's grandfather who fought in World War Two. Think before committing mistakes. :)

I wouldn't say America learned the value of propaganda that way. I think US governments have been brainwashing people since the First World War. The relative isolation of America contributes to it: while a American may travel a lot, it will mostly be in the US, being such a large country. On the other hand, Europeans travel very frequently to other countries, exchanging ideas, etc. About winning: at what cost? Germans had far better training, AFVs, etc. That small army gave a hell of a fight.

i agree with all that. Cant blame america for being brain washed. We learned propaganda from the germans and we perfected it. So killing depends on whos side you are on. You could either be hitler the tyrant or you could be alexander the great. Depending on who wins and who loses. You could be a terrorist or you just patriotic and fighting for war. Its pretty funny if you sit back and thikn about it. Im just glad im on the side that wins, right or wrong. |
