See another comment I have here is regarding the Dell EMC SAN they have. Well, since sooo many people talk about how HP is the best and so on, why do people keep going back to Dell time and time again? We've been with Dell for years, all our servers are Dell and i've never ever had a problem with any of them. Typical problems are Windows related only. So I dont get why i'm attacked everytime i mention a Dell solution, like its a curse word lol.

Agreed.I leveraged the power of VMWare in my server infrastructure and gained a lot of admin time back by increasing the speed of machine deployment and deletion. Also great for testing updates, service packs and trialing backup restores.

Happens to me sometimes, if your using wireless (which I "was" at the time) you can basically forget VMWare, it jacks up the network stack with some cards (note "some" not "all"). Removing your thumbs down some jackass gave you.
