Buddhism states that all things are constructs of an idea which is more real and lasts longer than the things in the world. Preconception changes the outcome of our future. If I had never seen any of your vlogs, then I would be limited to the idea of your screen name. I might still censor myself online, so I don't think people are always braver or more honest. It does lend us more control, however.

But whether you just have a pre-conceived notion or you actually know something closer to their truth about themselves, what you think about someone or something often contributes to forming someone's personal concept of reality. Whether it is accurate or not. Many people live much of their lives with a sense of reality based off a certain number of inaccurate assumptions.

1938superman, when you form an opinion about people you don't know ( your " pre-conceived notion") and then meet them, you aren't altering your reality, you are learning more about reality. Your pre-conceived notion is either based on reality, or it's a fantasy.

I work in the office most of the time. Today I was selling t-shirts at a high school state championship tournament. The hours are long. I've been doing stuff like this in one way or another through my family's business literally since I was 2-years-old.
