There is another video exactly like this on the youtube and it has a man talking, this video has added sound effects of some type and towards the end it seems to have been spliced (a person jumps into the frame near the top right corner). I am not sure if this is real.

Did you watch the entire video? unless the driving motor is small and placed creatively on the bottom this isn't fake. Then again, even I can work magic with Sony Vegas Studio sometimes.
