reminds me of the movie "the stuff". Granted, the folks who made the movie injested some "stuff" before they made it, but.......hmmmmm......addicive, tastes good, changes you.....the whole alien thing may have been a stretch, but they did have a point.

the deadly sad thing is: everyone thinks that you need to come aware of the advantages of raw food. But thats wrong. We have to focus on the cooked food addictions: What does this crap to us? Do we really have to put that crap in our bodies and killing us every day untill our cruel death? And the answer is NOOOO we dont!!! Allen Carr is the world expert of reversing addiction and he know the system of the trap we re in. Allen Carr teachs you how the addiction works. He tells you how to overcome!

I'm glad you guys are watching this video. What makes me curious is how far do you have to go to really establish a healthy eating habit? Like, let's say you stop eating fast food and junk food. But what if the cafeteria at your work or school serves food that is distributed by groups like Aramark or Sysco? Is their food just as bad? How do you know if that healthy dish at the restaraunt isn't from them as well? But we gotta eat, at least we can cut off the pure crap food for sure!

If you want to know what real food tastes like then grow it yourself. Even if its just a little at least you know what it should be. Parsley or green onion grows well in a south window indoors. Dwarf tomatoes grow in a small pot. Try a farmers market and ask what they do and how they grow it. I suppose some junk food tastes fine compared to tasteless hybrid produce that has been in cold storage for 6 months and was bred to ship well.
