Global upload should never be higher than your actual upload, Try making it 1/5th of your actual upload. Almost all my torrents jump to 200 +/- KB Upload before it even gets to half that download. Give it some time and it should even out. If your upload is high then you are not blocking any connections that is good. Now it all comes down to the peers and where they live. You could have 500 peers and get 50 KB/s or have 25 peers and get 500 kb/s.

There are various tutorials. I would need information but I'm going to assume your on a default setup. Go the adress bar and type in 192.168.1.1 and it should bring up your router. Input the password ( you find out) and you can either snoop around for port fowarding or look for a tutorial on your router model number

It should work on any version of Utorrent. You could get it to work on any Bittorent client if you can find the equilivent options. |
