no, windows home premium is better than ulimate, ulimate has a bunch of things that premium dont but all of those things are useless

microsoft puts coding in every microsoft program (pretty sure) so they can see if its fake or not cause its sent to there server, meaning your code is already existing or unknown then theyll probly try to do something. (maybe not) [just guesses]

also if you download vista you can download an activation program that creates a fully licenced back up so u have vista ultimate free FOREVER and with online updates fully valid

yea only one problem with that.. you have thirty days to activate it and if you dont it wont even let you in to your computer, it happened to my friend.
