Its cuz he is stood to the side if you look closely. his legs r not lined up with the bucket and from that angle you cannot see them.

The simplest explanation is that they used two shots, one with their heads being dipped into the water, and the other shot with their heads coming out with the sunglasses on.

You see their legs at 1:33I think they just dump their faces in water, pause, put on glasses, and put their faces in the water again, and continue to record.
