Hi!! I´m in Mexico City and I´m a certified therapist in Lymphatic Dreinage massage and it is important to take your spouse with a certified person to show you how to do it because it is really important to follow a sequence and to do some steps to make it works, because if you dont know some anatomic things and the flow of the Lymphatic Liquid it could be dangerous and it wont work. I am a massage therapist and if you can find a really good therapist who is certified in lymphatic drainage it really works. Ive watched this dvd 100 times. It's great stuff. SO yes it really works!!
