It's the chord progression from 1:49 on to 2:07 when it resolves to the tonic... that's the moment I fell in love with Bach.

that I would call perfection. very very good from both Bach and Gould. the part from 2.06 was haunting me for a long because because I couldn't connect it to any piece I know from Bach.

Bravo! In my opinion best pianist ever. I wish he liked Mozart's concertos more - he only recorded mozart's C minor piano concerto ( check it out ). I heard Beethoven's tempest piano sonata played by many - Glenns performance blows everyone who ever recorded it out of the water. Here is a link

I remember I had only 4 months to learn this piece before performing it with an orchestra. Wow that was hard work...I remember skipping school (I was 17 back then) in order to practice. Spent about 8 hours every day. I miss those days.

it's pretty hard to explain how amazing this in words literallyand the way the sound goes right through the piano

I know what you mean. Bach (and Gould) were certainly ahead of their time.
