In ordet to expirience Cosmos... Which 99.99 don ot expirience you have to be brave and take alot... i do 12 grams... first time i age my friends 12 grams all were sacred.. but if rule of 3 is obyed.. 1, good ppl you know around 2. good environment, somwhere to spend safely 12 hours or more, and 3. most important right , positive mind set.. all had 100 % positive trips for the first time and have gained amazing insight... dont think it would have been possible with 2-4 grams..

Sorry TMack if have started feeling the effects of mushrooms within 10 minutes of eating. I hate to defy the pharmadynamics but so be it. Also to say someone needs 5 grams is not correct. Everone is built differently, some individuals are very sensitive to psilocybin and 5 grams would leave them disoriented to the point of no memory of the experience, almost a black out. Terrence I love you but everyperson should find their correct dose for themselves. Terrence likes 5, I like 3.5-4.0

I love McKenna BUT, yes, it will ABSOLUTELY take hold in approx 15 min - if on an empty stomach... seriously. Just be careful folks this guy is a pro - take them the way that is comfortable for you then work your way into his description. Four of us made that mistake once. All was well after a little bit tho
