You should have called it 'badass'. He respects this mythic instrument in every single way.

This really highlights all the things I hate about modern synths, it's the fact that about everything you do turns into a little happy waspy noise. I detest filters and love a good amount of distortion and the beautiful angry sounds you can make with the ARP really please me.

That's what I thought. It was mostly a sentimental thing, it was my first keyboard My dad got for me when I was a kid in 1978. But it did make sounds like the ARP 2600, mostly it had the strings sounds. Thanks for the advice! Your very kind!

Omnis tend to fail, unfortunately! It can work again... it's just a matter of how much you want to pay to get it there! There are better synths with the Omni's functionality that you can likely buy for less than the repair may cost!

I used to own a ARP OMNI 2, but now it makes no sound, :( it was stored wrongly,-in a basement -leaning against a wall. :( -can it ever work again? or is it hopeless? |
