You can't - the devices are sold in the one language and there's no way to change it short of flashing it with an English ROM.- Jason

You can only install Windows Mobile 6 on the iPAQ h4355 if HP released an update for it - and I don't believe they did, so the answer is no.- Jason

I don't have that iPAQ, and since it's an older unit, HP is going to send me one. There are lots of reviews on that product, just search for them.- Jason
