Freezing view counters a total dick move? Absolutely. A violation of freedom of speech? Not exactly. Problem is, YouTube has no obligation to carry any video. As a private website, they can stifle, delete or deny any video they like for any reason they like or no reason at all.Similarly, even if you own a website, your net host can refuse to carry the content for any reason.So, are they giant pussies turning tail in the face of potential legal action? Yes. Are they violating your rights? No.

Ok, I see your point, we all can, then explain why they are hiding it? There really is no excuse, YouTube has power over what you tube does, so there's no reason to lie to viewers, no matter how much viewers complain.
