Oh yeah!! my lace gloves with the half fingers or a lace scarf around my neck made my outfit!! They always played the jets at the church youth dances. i heard The jets are Mormon. interesting.

OMG looking at this video is a testament to how I dressed at the time! The 80's were a special time that is for sure but I am not sure it was the best dressed era. I was a mix of this video by The Jets and Madonna during her like a virgin days. I wore a lot of lace gloves and mini skirts that had lace around them with belts that had studs on them and lace headbands. I wore leg warmers and cut up sweatshirts like Jennifer Beals in Flashdance. I was a product of the times! That is for sure.
