I'd recommend Fulton if you want forged receivers or if want a pre-built M14 SOPMOD. If that isn't what you want then Springfield is definitely cheaper.

That's because breaking in a barrel isn't mandatory, but hell, it does help so much. With a proper break in, the barrels lifespan will be longer, groups will be tighter, and there will be less buildup when cleaning.

about 867yds, scoped and stocked, but you could probably squeeze it out to about a G. tight groups probably 800.
