I fully agree, but awareness of what's happening will allow the people a chance from letting things get that far.This is a time in are history when everyone has to be extra careful.

There are monitors on every site that take down violating videos. If a video violates the terms of service agreements they can take it down. Anything can be a violation, so download and burn what you see.
