So many fools here, I see. People say Jiraiya > Itachi, and Itachi > Oro, so Jiraiya > Oro. By transitivity, that is true. Sadly, transitivity doesn't apply in a world like the Narutoverse. There's no way to prove those dumb, far-fetched, narrow, fanboyish "conclusions" until Jiraiya, Oro, and Itachi fight each other in decent matches, which I doubt would happen now that Jiraiya and Itachi are dead. But don't worry. They're still valuable candidates for being summoned through Edo Tensei.
