Pete Burns had a botched lip job and I believe is actually going to sue the doctor that performed it. Apparently he's already had a bunch of surgeries to try to correct it.

Pete Burns goes to the gym ALOT so his pecs and abs are just a well toned, well muscled and natural - if you look on the net find some interviews with Pete - he is very open and honest about himself. not bad for a guy almost 50.
