I've been looking this baby up for the past couple of years-- unfortunately, they don't plan on bringing it here.It broke my heart. I'm kinda glad, becuz it's the typical 'free to play-- but you need to buy stuff for perks-- type of game.I'd be broke as hell by now.

actually thats not what my problem was. I WAS using the IME but it wasnt working, you have to set your region for external languages to japanese on my OS. IDK if it's like that for anyone else but thats the way it was for me.

You HAVE to use Microsoft Applocale, like UnamedKing said. It's not like websites; it's an actual program, so it's different.
