It would be great if you could rewire Ableton with Serato and use the Effects as inserts and a midi controller with keyboard and also rewire reason. That is what I am working on.

You're right. it depends. in my case i like to be able to play a track, loop some others, beat repeat them, pitch shift them, overdrive em, tempo change from 130 to 20. I need a controller and amixer too, and with Ableton i like to control a synth and a drum machine by midi. But i understand your point.

how can you say that serato is for lazy dj's man , you use serato live with decks , i use ableton when i'm feelin lazy sitting on the sofa with my macbook an a blunt

Why serato? just the controller, serato ain't got shit against Ableton live! serato is for lazy DJs. |
