I REALLY hope he gets into coaching at UGA but he also got $7 million guaranteed during his NFL stint so if he's managed it at all, he'll never have to work another day in his life. The only question is if he really misses being around football. My guess would be he misses it like crazy.

I miss him so damn much David was the player that got me interested in football i even went out and bought a 47 jersey because of him and i hope that some of you are right and he gets some type of coaching job around athens

damn that pollack. he abused our o-line that whole game and we never figured out how to stop him. But it made me feel better to see no other team could stop him either.

You're right, he was one of the best. I'm sad that he had to retire, but it was the right decision. He is my biggest role model, I wear nimber 47 because of him.

Poll-ack was one of the best defensive linemen I've ever had the privledge to watch. It's sad that he has to retire, but it's the smart thing to do. Maybe we can get him coaching down here in Athens in some capacity. |
