This was an exclusive candid interview and chat with Patrick "Deep Dish" Bertoletti (#2 IFOCE World ranked competitive eater) and Joey "Jaws" Chestnut (#1 IFOCE World Ranked eater) at the 2008 Gyoza eating championship. This took place after the eating contest event was completed. Joey came in first place devouring 231 gyozas while Patrick came in 2nd place indulging 201. These interviews are part of a continuous series of short films and video interviews from the 2008 Gyoza eating contest. I plan to release as much footage as possible from the event so stay tuned. Now that you mention it I think that is a ridiculous amount of food for one sitting. On a good day if I planned to eat the steak alone I have an outside chance but add the side dishes and appetizers and you have a near insurmountable task at hand even without a time limit!! It's nuts!

Ya'll can talk about eating more steak, gyozas, and slices of pizza, but if there was a challenge in food eating I would tell others to bring it on, it would be on bacon wrapped jalapenos. So whose up against me?

Sorry, thats 12 oz. per 10 minutes, or 1.2 oz a minute ALONG with a baked potato, salad, dinner roll and shrimp cocktail. Good luck with that!

No time limit, I don't have any doubts, but goin 60 minutes, that's a beast to take on. That is 12 oz. a minute on that rascal. I hope you get off at the Amarillo International Airport hungrier than a bear out of hibernation in March.

To me it is insane but to them it is work lol! I mean I like gyozas too, but hot damn 200+???? Wow! that is just a mouthful... uggh that was a bad joke shame on me. xD
