Hey am not saying gwar or lordi suck...cuz they both kick ass at what they do, i just went to a GWAR concert a month ago (3rd year in a row) at the CAtalist in CA. then i went to see Lordi...well it sounds like gwar...except without the humor, bloody performance, canivalism, blood spraying (better buy a white shirt next time), and original sound of punk/thrash metal (like it was in "SDOTU 1990") which makes GWAR what is now, pure punch in the face with bloody knuckles, and i love it =)
