Okay, *I* had to watch this movie again b/c some of your wrote comments about plots I didn't get from this movie. What I got out of it was self sacrifice. Whoever drank of the sap lived forever - they didn't say how or in what era. The ring disappears and shows up throughout the movie, crossing into another story - it's interesting. Still a great movie, although very much outside-the-box, it's different.

One of my favorite movies of all time. Its like taking part of a poem and in that sense, it could not have been more perfect. Beautiful.

The movie is good.. but also boring... Nothing original, just beautiful images. Rachel Weisz is the best of the entire film...
