You're right, she does have a bass tone to her. But it's a great song and I love it. And you're not the only one to get confused about the gender of singers. "We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off," is another favorite song of mine, but I always thought Tina Turner or some other woman sang it. I didn't realize it was a guy, Jermaine Stewart. Which when you listen to the lyrics, it doesn't make much sense for a guy to be singing that to a woman |
