I belive this could have happenend in other countries than America, but I love that it happened in America. America, like it or not is the beacon to those of us in the rest of the world who look to them for thier shining examples of humanity and love. uh no it couldn't. many countries don't have sign language interpreters for thier Deaf. And even here people fight providing them all the time.
