Travis Orbin - Drum Solo #1

This is a cold, technical drumset solo. I am cognizant of the audio/video synchronization complication, but such was not the case with the original file. I hope it does not detract from the performance. Anyway, at the urging of some new bandmates, I took a few days off from my weekly practice schedule and composed and arranged it. The solo is played to a metronome at 95BPM and "close-mic'ed." I decided to close-mic it to hear just how precise (or UNprecise {eek, working on that!}) the notes are. I began improvising at around the 4:13 mark, because I forgot the arrangement (which becomes evident at the 4:26 mark, when you see me look to my right at said arrangement, heh). However, I felt that it was a solid take, so I kept it. Look for some comedic relief at the end! Thank you very much for watching, I fully appreciate it.
