am sorry to say ,but tis video is not very much informatical on those beings,first of all,those beings are called of..HEBS or highly evolved beings.however those residents in the same galaxy as humans or in the solar system is not VERY EVOLVED,they are very primtive beings,found of conflicts and trouble makers,they are not very self concious either,they are the one responsible to teach humans,certain forms of technology,such as the x-tray and laser-besides other forms of technology
