Funny the audio was muted. I bet that would have shed some light on the situation. She was not cooperating, and back up was called. the officer attempted to use a taser in order to subdue the woman with minimal injury. The that failed, they had to go hands on. Too bad for her. She should have simply done as she was told. She possibly could have driven away with a warning, or at worse a ticket. Now she goes to jail for being stupid.

Message to police:If I saw you assault a woman like that I would not hesitate in hastening to the victims assistance and proceeding to kick your head in till you are subdued.You miserable piece of pond scum.If asked what I was doing I will answer, "I came to the aid of a woman who was clearly being assaulted".

Sopmodm4,FYI. You DO NOT HAVE the right to obstruct an investigation or disobey a lawful order by a police officer. If you do you will be arrested, your car will be tossed. FACT: weather you believe an arrest is lawful or unlawful, your resisting that arrest IS unlawful and in some cases could be a felony. I would emplor everybody NOT to pick up what Sopmodm4 is puttin down... He/she is NOT going to bond you out of jail when you find yourself in the same position this person did above!

FACT: The longer a police officer allows a subject to passively resist, ignore commands,move around, and allow he/she to control of the situation, the higher chance of that Officer getting KILLED!
