I tell you Paul Robason's version of this is great!!! I'm a classical singer myself and boy I wish I was this good!!!! Just listen to how forword his voice is!!!!!

any crtic who thinks this film/play is racist has never heard "Ol man river" or "the misary song" they both expose racisem as the sick thought that it is so I don't understand why this story is so conteversal.... if Hamerstine intended it to be racist he would not have included "ol man river" (which is sung from a black man's view of things)
