It's not against the artists, more against the seemed inability of the industry to change with the times. Before anyone has a go at me, no I can not sing, that's why I'm not there, but I do have a idea of how bussiness work.

Not trying to sound too negative or down, but I heared the reason they are doing X-Factor over and over again is because the record label is coming to an end, due to legal downloading. With the Internet, artist can now sell their music online and make more that way than the high expensices of packaging, CD's, recording time and advertising, plus internet sale are bigger than CD sales, So the need for a record label is not as needed as it use to be, so it's important for them to get new tallent.
