dude do u ever heard of liquid cooling, because if u heard of it u would probally know that liquid cooling help keep cpu stable and speed it up like the guy did it in the vid

In short: Useful but MASSIVELY impractical.

Yeah, but the thing with these uberclocks (as I like to call them) is that they're never meant to run for long. It's a good experiment, but you're simply not going to be able to sustain an overclock like that indefinitely. They used a lot of liquid nitrogen (which is expensive and somewhat hard to get a hold of in itself, I think) even for a short space of time. Plus, if done wrong I think the Liquid Nitrogen could crack the mobo like an egg =/
