I read somewhere (i don't remember where) that he doesn't do it anymore cause there was an car accident because so many people wanted to come see the show. I could be wrong...Never knwo when you can trust then internet... but that's what I read.

I heard that they had actually created a replica of the home elsewhere, and re-created the whole thing there. Was that just a false rumor?

xD I live thirty minutes from the home. They got in trouble last year because people were lining up in the street, and when there was a fire emergency down the street, the fire truck couldn't get through. Now, I think only a certain number of people can be on the street to watch.
