He had his best season last year even battling turf toe. So we will be okay, he would've played if it was the Packers.

Too bad Berrian has Turf Toe, this really is one of those nagging injuries that can keep a player from getting to 100%. Hopefully he can get over it and quick.

Well i dont think Childress cares who is number one as long as they both put up numbers. Sidney Rice has the potential to be a great starting reciever but he's barely 21 and still raw. Needs to run his routes a little bit better and create a little more seperation when running his routes. I think he will learn how to do this and then he has a possibility of being one of the top recievers in the league!

This may be a stretch but I think Childress is grooming Sidney Rice to be our #1. It make take a little while but if and when he's ready, the Vikings will have a great one-two punch in wideouts just like they do in runningbacks.
