Archimonde is Eredar. The draenei are originally the same race as eredar, but they withstanded the corrupting forces of sargeras and the burning legion, and fled from outland.

Yes. He is eredar. Draenei have white bluish eye's and the Eredar usually have green eye's.

to oliverandm:Strong spells require a long time to set up and cast. In a battle one has not the time to use that kind of magic.
