You CAN hear the bullet, but only after it passes you since the sound will catch up with it eventually.

Listen, she did not dodge a sniper bullet... its damn almost impossible! Your standing, you don't see any1 and you get shot... thats how a sniper kills you, so you have minimum possibilities.
