im gonna get a red halfmoon if i can, but if not just a normal red one. they look fairly active fish, is this true?

they origonate in large areas, rice patty feilds, they like alot of room to swim with nice little hiding spots. at the least your fish should be living in 1gal of water. the bigger the betteri would just die of happyness if i had the room for 5 15gals for my bettas.

Bettas arent to be kept in tanks over 15.They originate in small areas and they like is smaller.

It says that bettas aren't allowed to be kept in a tank under 15 gallons.Maybe the thing for competition is true but they aren't kept there everyday, just for the contest and after that they're kept in normal tanks.

AWESOME DUDE! I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME TANK AND ITS THE SAME COLOR TOO AND I HAVE A BETTA!!!!I even live in the Dominican republic.I really wanna move back to new york cuz im amissionary and when we move back I want a 600 gallon fish tank.lol i just told u like my life story
