Handshaking issues are the constant/periodic blinking of the image on the display due to the two devices not communicating the HDCP compiant code properly, thus the image will flicker, sometimes sound will as well, but the loss of singal in the image is more prominent. Like on my display, it isnt even picking up signal from the HDMI port anymore it seems, and this happened after it handshaked numerous times before hand.

Ok I searched what handshake issue. No I have never had any blinking or jumping. I beat all of MGS4 and have played quiet a bit of MP, never had anything like in other videos.

What is handshaking issues? Sorry I don't know what you mean. However I have it plugged in via hdmi, and have played MGS4 on 1080p without an issue. Also played 720p demos and not an issue either.

So, seeing as how you have owned this display for a good while, have you experienced any HDCP Handshaking issues with it on your PS3 yet? I am really hating my L2410NM from Westinghouse right now...

You want the xhd3000 then. 30008wfp has better colors but no upscaling ability and very few inputs and is best for media editing.

What in your opinion is better xhd3000 or dell 3008wfp ? I dont know which to buy :P, I will you lcd mainly for movies,console an pc gaming,programing etc, I wont be editing photos or doing any complex graphics editing...
