Although the president is extremely powerful, our nation has been fighting high gas prices for years. Other countries laugh at us for complaining so much their gas prices have been in the 5.00-6.00 range for a while now. OPEC has the final say on gas prices anyway, no matter what the president say. Due to the fact that to limit OPEC would cause a even larger outbreak in the middle east.

McCains primary concern is to make oil companies richer.He wants:- More Drilling = more oil profit.- War in Iraq & Iran = more oil profit.- No specific green targets (only feel good waffle!) = more oil profit.- Gas Tax Holiday = higher prices & more oil profit (it's been tried).- No windfall tax on Big Oil to invest in raising car MPGs = more oil profit.- Alaskan VP is married to the oil industry = more oil profit.McCain has been bought & paid for.He works for them.

He worked hard to get into college, while john was placed into a boarding school by his wealthy parents (finished 5th to last, 894/899, but claims education is important). Unlike John who's wealth comes from his wife. Obama doesn't have 13 cars, 7 houses. Don't worry about his pockets, worry about your own.
