He isn't just "being too nice", he openly supports them. Some of the "operations" he praised so lavishly included bombing of diplomatic buildins, burning of schools, and attacking hospitals. Where did i defend war criminals? That's Galloway's trick not mine, i merely said that our complicity in Saddam's actions heightens our responsibility to correct those mistakes. Galloway would rather Saddam still be in power. I dont "claim" gormless George did anything, its on record.

This is rather weak, his words were as spoken by him, in english: "sir. I salute your courage, your strength, and your indefatigabilty." Then he decided to hang out with Saddam's son Uday and bash the US. He wasn't groveling to save lives, he was there purely for a social call. You islamophiles will make any weak excuse, for shame sir, for shame. I get the feeling reading isn't your strong suit, i casually brushed off your feeble nonsense, read again until you get it right.

You demonize Galloway for apparently being too nice to a war-criminal, as your defence of war criminals.I am not attacking you for picking your name. I just think it is ironic that you and Jack the Ripper may share a similar sense of morality. Many believe that Jack the Ripper murdered prostitutes because he considered their work immoral.You defend war-criminals by attacking people who, have been nice to war criminals. What you are doing is far worse than what you claim Galloway did.

He didn't just say the "Iraqi people", he was translated into Arabic as to having said that. The word "your" was translated into the plaural equivalent in Arabic and not the singular. Furthermore, even if he did say it, I would commend him for it, because he was attempting to get the inspectors back in. To grovel to a murderer in order to save lives is actually noble.More telling than this, is the fact that you attacked a non-argument in my post and never addressed the question I raised.

Actually Galloway is caught doing it on tape, in his cowardly fashion he said he was praising the "iraqi people", yet he began the sentence with "sir". No in my logic it makes it the responsible thing to do to clean up our mess, in his mind it wasn't a mess at all but an admirable thing to support the man. What convoluted logic. Galloway is scum because you claim he praised Saddam (he didn't - this has already been debunked long ago and I will not go into it here). Yet you aknowledge that the Western governments you support helped Saddam commit every crime that he did.So in your logic, aiding and abetting a crime is not a crime but speaking well of the criminal is unthinkable?Your morality is as justifiable as the person you named yourself after!

How do you know, johninva123, that the callers into GG`s radio shows are actors with a set up agenda ?
