What a crock. I was in Paris this summer, and I didn't meet a single unpleasent person. Of course, if you're american, you'll think you're meeting people with an attitude, because news flash: Europeans in general don't go around being in all fake happy go lucky mode all the time. It's called sincerity. Look it up.
